Mr Pickett came to give me an estimate on time. It was very reasonable for the work to be done. He sent two persons to fix the leak from my chimney stack into my bathroom. They took a great deal of trouble to pinpoint the leak and fixed it. They explained all stages of the work to be done and worked hard without a break to get the work done. I am entirely satisfied with the work done especially as the work done came with a guarantee.

I contacted Pickett Roofing on a weekend due to a leak in our loft room after heavy rain and he replied within minutes to arrange to come the next day to look at the issue. Due to it being a three storey house scaffolding was required and this came a few days later as agreed and the work was completed the following weekend. Communication was excellent and everyone turned up when they agreed to and Mark kept checking a few days after the works to ensure there was no further issue before arranging for the scaffolding to come down. All workmen were polite. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend.

Very impressed with the service provided by Mark and his team. I contacted Mark about our leaky roof and he came to conduct a sight inspection 2 days later. His team started work on the repairs 3 days after this. We experienced some heavy downpours after the work was completed and Mark took the time to contact me to check the status of the roof where the work was undertaken, and did not hesitate to dispatch a member of his team to carry out follow up repairs. Very happy with the professional and speedy service. Would definitely recommend.

I specifically chose Mark’s company to carry out the repairs on my house as part of my insurance claim. It was quite disruptive work as it involved removing sections of plaster and repairing cracks in nearly every room of my house. Mark’s builders were efficient and courteous and worked quickly so as to minimise this disruption. They were also extremely good at clearing up after themselves each time they were round. The finished result is excellent and I would definitely recommend them.
