This is the second time I have had work done by Mark and his team. Last year they sealed the whole felt / concrete roof and replaced some of the fascias and guttering. This time they had to get scaffolding put up to finish the rest of the guttering and add an extra downpipe. All the work was done exactly as I asked and with an eye for care and detail. The wild bees nesting in my wall were left safe and well and work arranged around them! Everything was cleaned up really well afterwards. The prices were completely acceptable, the workers polite and friendly. No problems occurred at any point. Excellent work and I would recommend M Pickett Roofing again and again.

Mark was very prompt in coming round to give what was a very good value quote for gutter repairs to my daughter’s and her neighbour’s house. He explained the problems he could see with the gutter and brackets and how he would do the repair. Within a few days Mark and his team were able to undertake the repairs, and on site Mark and his team were friendly, helpful, undertook the repairs very promptly and effectively, and cleaned up afterwards. They even carried out a further minor repair for no extra charge and Mark gave me information and advice for the future about the current guttering, fascias and soffit. Overall very impressed with Mark and his team, and excellent value for money.

I would like to than Mark Pickett of M Pickett Roofing and General Building. We had a problem with black mould on two bedrooms,front and back.Through reccomendation we asked for a price and following a visit to our house was given a fair price to lift roof tiles ,replace felt and install a drip. On removing roof tiles Mark found nothing wrong with our roof and would not except any payment for his time. I can only say what a fair and reliable person he is and would recommend him to anyone . Had the cladding replaced on the front of the house. Excellent job. Listened to what we wanted so no joins to spoil the effect and packed with insulation. The roof has been made water tight, all the bird nests removed and broken facias and tiles replaced. Mr Pickett was on site every day and the workmen even worked on Sunday as the weather was so bad the previous day. Proper builders and roofers, will use them again.
